Can I purchase item(s) at the School Bookshop without making an online order?
For better customer experience, we encourage parents to purchase and book the date and time for collection/ delivery via the bookshop online
portal for your child’s books and school uniform.
The bookshop has also catered slots for walk-in purchases and collection. You can also book the date and time via our website for walk-in
purchases. Do note that if you choose the walk-in mode, there may be longer purchasing and waiting time.
All delivery or self-collection will be based on a single order. For self-collection, you can select only one date and time slot. If you have more
than one child in the school, please make purchases for all your children at the same online purchase and do a one-time check-out and
payment. This will constitute a single order for the delivery or self-collection. Please note that you will not be able to combine multiple online
orders into a single delivery or self-collection date/time slot. Collection and delivery will be from 27 November to 22 December 2023.
Walk-in purchases will from 21 November to 22 December 2023.
What payment options do you accept?For online purchase, we accept payment via Hitpay (Paynow and Credit card)
Please be advised that Credit card payment is subject to 4% admin fee on the invoice amount.
Payment via PayNow is not subject to any admin fee.
What Purchase options do I have?
You have the options: (1) to collect at the school bookshop according to the date/timing you have selected when checking out for your online purchases; (2) engage us for our home delivery service for online purchase or (3) walk in purchase according to the date/timing you have selected.
Please be advised that collection or walk-in purchases can only be done at the time slot you have selected.
What if I cannot collect my purchase during my selected collection date or timing?
As the number of timeslots to cater to all students in the school is limited, we strongly encourage you to plan ahead and avoid making changes to the collection date or timing you have booked.

Do you provide delivery?Yes. Delivery is at S$15 per order per trip.
Can I combine multiple orders into a single delivery or a single collection date/time?
No. Delivery or collection is strictly based on a single order. You can make purchases for all your children who study in Mee Toh School and do a one-time check-out and payment. This will constitute a single order for the delivery or self-collection. We are unable to combine multiple orders into a single delivery or collection date/time. Delivery charges would apply on a per trip basis.
When would the delivery take place after I have placed my order online?
We would inform you via email and phone on the date and time of delivery after the order is confirmed.
What is your exchange policy?
All goods sold are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable unless (1) Items received is faulty / damaged / torn or (2) Item received is different from what is stated in the purchase.
Please present your original receipt/invoice and defective item within 7 days from date of purchase & must be completed by 22 December 2023 back to the school bookshop. Item must be in new and original condition. Condition of item will be checked by staff to determine eligibility of an exchange.
